A KernART special event:

Reflection, Regrowth, Renewal
An art workshop in charcoal, with a discussion of mental health.

Join renowned artist Janice Orchard and clinical psychologist Mandy Taylor for a pleasant Sunday afternoon online charcoal-based workshop. With a focus on charcoal representing the journey of our community and environment through bushfires, we invite you to join us for a collaborative workshop.

Mandy brings knowledge of mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the workshop, information and discussion of mental illness, mental health and resilience in the face of an extraordinary 2020 will be discussed.

Expect to leave the workshop with an increased understanding of what is mental illness, how we might support people who are struggling and how we build resilience. And of course a fabulous charcoal original.
