Funds raised by The KernART Prize will be donated Bass Coast Health.  KernART is working with Bass Coast Health to raise funds for the children of people with Mental Health issues, making sure that kids don't miss out on all the opportunities that life can give them.


Our 2018 KernART Judge is Susan Hall.  Susan is a local artist who creates work from many genres – painting with acrylics and oils, charcoal, printmaking and sculpture. She exhibits frequently in local galleries. Her first solo exhibition was in 1980.
Recently after completing her Master of Visual Arts at Monash University, she was invited to present her work at a symposium at Colorado University, Boulder USA, and participates in Print Exchange with artist in many countries of the world.
Living on the Bass Coast is her inspiration to create her atmospheric work. Her work is held in many collections in Australia and overseas.
